Default 1989 rrc no spark, now clueless

ok, so , i bought a non running 89 rrc cheap ( was sitting in a clean dry barn, has 63,011 miles on it) last time it was plated was 2001, so i was told its been sitting since...
any ways it wont start it cranks but not firing .. all the fuses work except the fuel pump ( well it lights up for the initial squirt) but when cranking it doesnt work.

anyhow i drained the old gas out of the gas tank, and replaced the fuel pump, and the screen, and the filter.. its getting fuel up to the fuel rail. i have replaced the coil and coil amplifier, dizzy cap and rotor, plug wires and 3 prong ignition amplifier ( from rovah farm) and i replaced the plugs with what ever name brand was over the counter at autozone. and i took the power seat relays that work and checked the relays for the fuel pump and fuel injection.

battery is a good one out of my daily, the little connector on the wire from the coil to the ecu is working fine ( getting proper reading )
i have a spark tester and checked at the plugs on all of them and no spark, so i removed the main lead from coil to dizzy, at the dizzy and no spark .the new coil though i hooked a volt meter to it, negative on the battery and possitive on the coil leads, key on im getting 12 volts, as i crank it bounces from 8 to 10 volts
i cleaned the possitive connections and the main grounds.
