Default 1990 RRC

I am thinking about buying a 1990 Range Rover Classic. I was wondering if i could get some input from any RRC owners on what to look for before purchasing this vehicle. http://www.cars.com/go/search/detail...eadExists=true
here is a link to the rover.

Well I have one and am quite happy with it. I have done many repairs and modifications to improve mine and if you are like me and enjoy doing so then you will have fun with one of these. The link was abandoned but, in general , I would have say they are quite fun.

I have a 95 RR classic and love it. One thing I would look for (because it happened to me), check to make sure the viscous coupler is not locked. To do this, drive the truck in a tight circle... the wheels should not chirp/skid. If they doskid the coupler is stuck and it is a $700 - $900 just for the part. If everything is smooth I would still get under the truck and be sure the front prop shaft is still there, as that is the"poor man's" fix for the problem.

Good luck!
