Default 1998 P38 is spotting

I'm trying to track down an oil leak on my 1998 P38. This tube goes nowhere and looks oily. Anyone know what it's nor connected to?

Oil spotting is getting worse, but oil check is perfect. The oil drops are very black and under the engine is coated but I can't see where it's coming from

That hose is ERR4258 (Ram Housing to Valve Cover) > Hose - Valve Cover To Ram Housing (ERR4258 Same Fit As Part # ERR4258 ) - Land Rover hoses from Atlantic British
And in the Passenger side valve cover is LLJ000010 (Oil Separator) > Oil Separator - Valve Cover (LLJ000010 Same Fit As Part # LLJ000010 ) - Land Rover miscellaneous from Atlantic British

Have a look at the video ( skip to 20:30 to see the passenger side) >
