Default 1999 Range Rover Headlight message

Hey guys,

I have a 99 RR and just out of the blue my RH low beam wont work. It will work in conjunction with the high beam on, but that is the only time. It just started out of the blue. I just changed the bulbs less than a month ago. I do get a RH Dip Beam fault on the control panel. Can anyone help me with this?

Thanks in advance,
Michael

No cracks or anything else in the housing that could have let water in? I had a hairline fracture in the housing of my P38s lamp and it turns out condensation got in before I noticed and corroded the bulb and housing. Had to replace the unit.

I'd try switching bulbs from L-R and R-L to see if that corrects it...

It isn't the bulb, and there are no cracks. As I mentioned the low beam works in conjunction with the high beam. I have misplaced my owners manual. Does anyone know which relay or fuse controls the RH low beam?

Thanks,
Michael

Actually, It was the bulb. I found a new bulb which had never been installed and put it in and works fine now. Thanks for the help.
