Default 2007 Range Rover Maint Message

Hey all,

Does anyone know if the maint reminder message on the information screen on my 2007 Range Rover has to be re-set at a dealership or can I do it...and how?

[align=left]If you can get a hold of an OBD II Code reader you might be able to reset the system(i.e. The check engine light, maitinance light)to default mode. But remember, if something else is wrong with your vehicle the light may come back on after the system cycles. It may take two or three drive cycles to be sure if it will stay off. If that does not work then the Dealer is the only option. When you get the OBD II make sure it is one that will allow you to reset the computer. Also remember if the OBD II gives a code it may not be the only code. It may be a compound problem so be patient and go through the paces.

i belive hes talking about the service indicator light, not the check engine light
