2001 P38 Driving/fog light Bulb Replacement

Hello: Does anyone know of a video or a instruction sheet on how to replace the driving/fog light bulb on a 2001 P38 ?

are you talking about the one in the bumper? or the grill?

here is the bumper mounted light there is a door in the back.
