I have a bit of a problem. I have a 2002 Range Rover and I believe the wiring to the fuel pump is bad I took the tank out. And jumped the pump and it spun but will not with the wires connected. I have already diagnosed it down to this. It will run on starting fluid.(only a little bit!) so since the pump is good and all of the fuses are that leaves me with wires and pump relay any help appreciated thNks!

 

there is a section of harness that goes bad, it runs from the frame to the tank. new section are available on line

 

Long time no post but but here is where I made it to put pump back in tank pressed the killswitch reset button in the passenger side door colom new realy and fuse is good tried to start it nothing. I did my wire trick again and it spun so I put the realy back in it tried and nothing pump is still not spinning please help
