I found a Range Rover HSE with 130,000 miles (highway). Do you guys think its a good buy? please leave your educated opinions

You've only given us half of the information ....how much is it?? We can't comment on whether it's a good buy or not without that

 

its 12k...so far the owner said that it needs a transmission sensor, and switch for door panel. I would hate to purchase it and have a lot of issues.

 

What is wrong with the transmission? Does it slip and jerk, or is it just some random error in the instrument cluster?

 

It would be worth it if he fixed the problem and it was in good working condition. If it is an easy fix there should be no reason he wouldn't do it. If he rejects that idea I would be concerned because he probably knows more than he is letting on. If he sells as-is, offer $10k and walk away. There are plenty of them out there, wait for the right one.
