So I just purchased a 2006 Range Rover supercharged. I absolutely love it. I have one problem though. The voice guidance is SO quiet, I can barely make out what the woman is saying. I worried that maybe I was losing my hearing, but other passengers in my car say the same thing, that it's almost impossible to make out what she is saying. I looked through the manual but havent been able to find anything about raising the voice guidance volume. Can someone help me out? Thanks in advance!

 

HUH? speak up We have a 2006 Charger R/T and my wife found the volume control in the menu selection for that one. Dealer no help?

 

I found the default volume was annoyingly loud. One way that seems to work on all my previous nav systems is to have the voice repeat, as its doing this, adjust the stereo volume. Check your manual to confirm.

 

When the voice is speaking use your volume control on the radio to turn her up or down. Also the volume of her voice goes on the level of volume of the radio if it is on. The louder the radio the louder the voice you hear, hope that helps!

 

cant you just press your speach button side of the wheel and say navigation volume up

 

Try adjusting the Navigation Volume setting. Hold in the button with the music note icon on it (just under and left of stereo on/off dial)...after about 2 or 3 seconds the Volume Control Menu will appear with all volume settings for the car.....information, phone, Nav etc.

 

....Nav volume cannot be adjusted with Voice Activation.
