Just discovered that my 2006 Range Rover Super Sport's DVD player is broken. While having the oil changed at the dealer, I asked them to look at the player as it wasn't registering (therefore not playing) any DVD's. They quoted me $1200 to replace the player. I was hoping that someone out there might have a less expensive solution for replacing the player. Some kind of website etc... that I could purchase a comparable player that is compatible to the one in the car. I live in CT, if that info is pertinent. Thanks in advance!

 

Do you have a picture of the unit, and what type it is?

 

only thing you can do is get it sent out to get fixed perhaps at a radio place. otherwise nothing. Suck it up dude its a 75k car with state of the art electronics that are all tied in and won't be cheap.
