Hi guys,

I have the 1989 Range Rover. I took out the Alternator out, there is a metal pipe like that I need to put back. Stupidly, I don't remember where this thing suppose to go. Can anybody kindly enough to take pictures around the Alternator area?. Thank you very much guys.

 

My boss has a classic, idk if he will let me take a picture though. I would suggest doing an image search of a rr classic engine. That or download the service manual on greenoval.

I have the Service Manual CD, unfortunately, it does not describe this particular metal pipe bracket. What I heard, this bracket was added on later to make it stronger.
