Hello,

I'm having an engine problem with my 1997 Range Rover 4.6. After letting it sit over night, I start it up in the morning and it will run for about 1 minute, but it runs very choppy. It will then get really choppy for about 15 seconds and then die. Each time I start it after that it runs shorter and shorter and more choppy. I'm a novice mechanic and this one really has me stumped. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Can't remember, do you have a fuel filter, has it been changed lately?
Any smoke when you start it, how long since you did any tune related work on the truck?
