98 RangeR HSE Blow Head Gasket
My head gasket recently blew on my 98 Range Rover 50 year edition. I have a brand new radiator, tires, and brakes. Its in great condition. However, being a college student i cant put any more money into. I want to get rid of it. Any suggestions on what i should do?

If you have access to some tools and have the time, replacing the head gasket really isn't as bad as it looks (Takes thoroughness, patience, and TIME). The hardest part is going to remove all of the injectors intake and some of the accessories in the front. The rest of it is pretty straight forward, just make sure you do a thorough job and follow the service manual.
Another thought... (even though I do not necessarily recommend this) IF the leak is small enough, you can put an additive in the coolant that will seal the leak. Afterward you must do a coolant flush so the remaining additive does not gum up the rest of the system. Some have had a lot of luck with doing this, but for many it is a temporary band-aid on something that needs surgery.
With a head gasket problem, you might get $1000 to $2000 depending on the condition of everything else. It might be better to repair it first, and then sell it.
