i got my front end worked on and the dealer had to replace the link shaft and cv boots. The ABS sensor was pulled out and now the ABS and Traction Control light is on. I spoke with the tech and he said the pressure switch was the only thing that needed replacing.

Probably because they buggered up the abs wheel sensor(s) and trying to cover it up. Are you getting any unusual behavior from the abs pump itself? Like continually running, not running enough, limited braking power, etc? Not to say the dealership is trying to be sleazy, but you might want to take it to a local rover shop and get a second opinion. An ABS wheel sensor should not cause the ABS Brake Pump pressure switch to malfunction.

The wrecker that pulled my truck out of the intersection messed up my front end when he didn't place the truck on the flat bed. The dealer noticed that the sensor was pulled out and causing the error message. They replaced what was under warranty and warranty company would not pay for the ABS system, sense the damaged part was caused by an non covered part. Sounds a bit crazy to me, but I'm not in the warranty business.
The dealership was trying to help me save money and just purchase what is damaged.
So do think I should purchase the ABS Pump w/switch included and play it safe or still try to find the switch and move on?

Kinda would have been nice to know it was in a wreck to begin with lol... Did they replace the abs wheel sensor at the dealer? And what is the brake pump doing? Do you experience any sort of unusual brake behavior? Reason I ask, is the pump will not shut off or turn on at the proper moments if the pressure switch is malfunctioning. Replacing the pressure switch isn't very hard, and if you have a good pump, it would be worth just replacing the switch. Lots of warranty companies won't touch the braking system because they don't want to be liable if well, you can't stop lol.
