I own a 99 4.6 HSE. My left hand turn signal is not working. I tested the line at the tailights and there is constant power going to just that bulb. I replaced the turn signal swtch on the column, put a new bulb in, and it doesn't recognize it. Just get failure code. Does any body have an idea, or have dealt with this before. I have the complete shop manual, but I can't find a wiring diagram anywhere. I was told it was proprietary. Any help would be appreciated.
