Default 99 Range Rover Brake System

I have a 99 Range Rover with Brake problems. I had new pads, calipers and roters installed around 10K miles ago. The brakes are spongy like there is low pressure. Where before I could just tap my brakes to stop, I now have to force my foot to the floor board to get them to catch. They work, but not as they should. Also have ABS light on dash. Any help would be appreciated. Does this model use a Brake Pressure Regulator?

Thanks,
Michael

Yes there is plenty of fluid in the resevoir and I can hear the ABS pump kick in after pumping the brakes. I didn't mention this previously, but the ABS, Brake and TC light are all lit on the control panel.

Thanks raid, I don't have a scanner and the only access I would have to one would be at one of the local shops which would charge me. I was hoping to get some ideas from here to avoid paying someone. I understand you could quickly diagnose the problem by knowing the fault, but hope not to have to go that route. I realize all you can offer are possiblities without knowing for sure, but that would be appreciated.

Thanks.....
