Default 99 Range Rover EAS faults

Hey guys....

I have a 99 Range Rover which had problems with the EAS system some months ago. The air springs are good and would inflate, but there is a problem with the compressor or something else. I installed a fix by bypassing the complete EAS system, but of course can't control the hight any more because I have to manually put air in the springs. I am fine with this but the EAS fault Max speed 35 MPH, or something to that effect stays on my control panel all the time. I don't have access to my fuel, milage and other stats and would like to know if I can clear the faults and keep them off since I am not using the EAS without some sort of adapter or fault reader. Is this possible and if so how???

Thanks in advance....

Michael

i have been installing a lot of spring conversion kits lately. not as nice of a ride as air
but you will never have another EAS problem. thay even come in 1" and 2" lifts too.

I have been contimplating switching to a conversion. I am very interested in coil springs with the 2" lift, but do enjoy the ride of the air springs. My plans are to use them as long as they stay inflated. Don't you have to deal with disabling the EAS when you convert to coil springs or do you just install a fault module of some sort?

Thanks again,
Michael

there is an over ride box that plugs into the becm tricking the eas system in to Manuel mode.

all so suggest replacing the shocks at this point because you have
to unbolt the lower half of the shocks to installed the spring kit.

i think old man emu makes the best shocks with that spring kit.
