Unhappy 99 Range Rover Noise Right Rear Help

Hello,

On the way home tonight my 99 4.0 developed a loud humming noise coming out of the rear area between the center of the axel and the right wheel. The noise is constant whether the vehicle is in park or driving. Sounds like a loud humming motor noise. Any thoughts? The vehicle air shocks were replaced with regular shocks several years ago. Thanks for any help you experts out there can provide.

Stop driving it. Your hub bearing is bad. If you keep driving it you will not only have to replace the bearing, but the hub as well.

Thanks for the reply. I didn't realize that a bearing would make noise when the vehicle is in park or not moving.
