Default ABS Terrible 3 problem

I Recently asked some question on this problem but it seems that I narrowed down the problem. The 3 ABS lights have been on for some time and the brakes were working fine. Recently tho I would get a soft pedal while driving. So soft it was like stepping on a sponge and pedal would go to the floor with about 20% brakeing effenciency.. I replaced the accumulater with a new one and that did not fix the problem.

I hooked up a multimeter to the ABS Pump and when the brakes works I always get a 12 volt signal to the pump while driving after about 5 or 6 brake applications.. When the pump does not work and I loose the brakes I do not get the 12 volt signal. Pulling over does not help to turn on the pump. BUT. If I restart the car the pump turns on everytime and the brakes are fine again for awahile until the problem repeats itself.

I'm wondering if anyone has had this issue with a restart temporarily fixing the brakes.. I did all the tests. It does seem like there is a small leak in the pump because the pump does turn on for a second or two within the 5 minute waiting period key on engin off and while driving but this I dont think is related to why I have to restart the car to get it to turn back on.. I also hooked up to the relay connector with the ABS pump relay out. I drove it till I had the problem and did not see a signal to turn on the relay. Since the relay was out I knew the pump was not going to turn on. Without turning the car off I plugged the relay back in and still the relay would not turn the pump on unless I restarted the car.. My Maxi Das scanner does pick up some NO battery power discriptions but it does not give any codes. Had these before this problem occured. Wondering if just maybe its just one more phase of an internal problem with the ABS module. Anyone experience this issue and with a fix. I can see how a check valve in the pump could be an issue but still that does not explain the key off restart fix and also the no signal to the pump or even a pressure switch issue. Thanks again
