Whats this? Its attached to a bracket on the firewall side of it, with what look to be 2 rubber posts (so it can move I assume?). One of the posts has broken, and its now leaning off the other post, which has now stretched and is all out of whack. I would love to replace the mounts, or the piece, or whatever I might need to do so that it doesnt keep swinging around in there

Isn't it the air pump for your secondary air control, an emission control device?
