broken rear wiper arm?

Exclamation broken rear wiper arm?

Hi i managed to break my rear wiper arm. i pulled it down by hand and replaced the blade. when i turned it back on it wants to go the opposite way. will not go back o correct position. ideas? thanks also my passenger seat fuse keeps blowing all the time. what could it be?

well i figured it out. uhh but the fuse still blows all the time. so any help will be nice.

A fuse blows because the circuit is drawing too much power. This could be a short in the motor or a bad connector in the circuit. Is the carpet on the passenger side damp? Does the fuse blow immediately or when you try to adjust the seat?

no but i has been and yes it blows immediately when i install the fuse.

Easiest thing I can think of is to take a volt/ohm meter and set it to volts and find which side of the fuse slot is hot. Then set the probe to the other side, set it to ohms on a high range, put the other probe to ground to and watch it while disconnecting things associated with the seat one at a time until the meter reads a sizable change (increase) in resistance. Using this method you should be able to isolate the short and identify the culprit.
