Unhappy A/C or heat not blowing Strong

Sounds like the blower motors are blowing at full spead but very little air is coming out of the vents. The manual controls do seem to contorl the flow but not at the high speed air flow I had before. I have reomved the three servo's on the blend motors. This is on a 2001 Range Rover.

Sorry, I know that this isn't a response to your post, but I don't know where/how else to post my problem as well.

I too am having A/C problems, similar to the ones that dfiring mentioned. However in my case, whenever I turn the dial past the first/lowest setting a strong and loud humming is heard, and the further I turn the dial the stronger it gets. I can actually feel it coming from behind the passenger airbag (kinda above the glove box, but behind as well?). The vibrations are very strong, and the air coming out is weak. This happens for both hot and cold air. Does anyone have any idea what's going wrong here? I have a feeling that it must be a broken belt that is hitting something, but I don't know how to get in there to check it out.
