Default 95 land rover discovery heat/ac not blowing

When I turn on the heat or ac I hear the change in the engine like its working but nothing blows out. What could this be?

fuse, fan motor, relay,.... if the AC clutch is engaging (one line on compressor gets cold). The fuse link MF2 under hood (bolt in fuse) can take out the fan, but there is also a set of speed control resistors and the fan itself, which you get to by removing the cardboard under glove box, then 3 fan bolts.
