ok so a/c was not working so i jump wired direct from the battery because its blazzin hot out and any way cabin cooled down but i notice water dripping from over top of the gas pedal uh oh confused: any input?

 

Your a/c drains are clogged.

 

you were sure right...cleaned them on no more probs thanxs for the post

 

I have had the same problem. Could you please tell me where I can locate the drains?

Under the vehicle, right about even with where the gas pedal is. There are two. One on the passenger side also.

Although your configuration will force the A/C compressor clutch to engage, it will cause the compressor to be running constantly, which can cause the evaporator to become iced up, reduce air flow and damage the system. Just be careful.

I had the same problem. However when I got mad and pulled out all the carpet and sound proof stuff I noticed my drain line was disconnected!!! Mine is a little different because Its a disco 1...

 

Thanks, I have this problem too and thought I had to start taking stuff apart under the center dash. Whew, this came just in time.
