2011 Range Rover HSE cameras are working only at night and in the day only one under the driver's mirror. The diagram does not show any sensor between camera module end cameras.

 

Not many members on here who could afford a new RR HSE but considering its a 2011 it should still be under warranty and for the price you paid for it the sterlership should be able to fix the problem you are having with the cameras for free. If you figure out what the problem was please remember to post it here for future reference.
