Default Do HSE's have a Sway Problem? New Sway bars Maybe?

I have a 2005 Range rover HSE and the car drives smooth, but when taking corners at any speed the car seems to have alot of Sway in it. I did notice there is a Big Fat Sway bar underneith, but there has to be a better way to stop the Sway problem..Is this normal for 2005 HSE's.... I have put on 22's and that helped a little but it still feels like it is pitching and swaying to much in the turns... Please help Guys

Try some sport shocks like bilstein or koni's. Stock shocks suck.

theyre usually pretty tight, as long as you keep in mind youre driving a 6000 lb truck and not a sports car... the sway bar is incredibly stiff... itll keep the car pretty level if you loose air in one spring. dont mess with shocks, its a air strut, you wont find anything aftermarket, and if you do, i wouldnt trust it... does it do this going both ways? is this the first range youve had? they drive different then just about everything else on the road? are you sure the 22s helped, and didnt make it worse... and get an alignment

Well,I got rid of the 22's and just bought a set of 20's.. What size tire shouldI go with???I would like to have it as wide as possible, with at least 40 -45 series....not to low profile...

Ha, I'm new to Land Rover and loving it!!! but my sway problem is when I let off the gas. It sways to the left pretty good when u let off the gas. I posted a few days back looking for answers, but nothing yet. a friend told me it could be a bad spring or shock, but he doubted it was my sway bar. That bar is pretty stiff. I still have stock size tires and stock everything, but am planning on changing that!!!! I have a 1997 Discovery with 68k. it was a rollover, but runs great, everything works. just a sway problem. if you come up with any answers, let me know...

What brand of tires do you have and what size? when I had the wranglers hp(factory 19" rims), I would scare myself sometimes when taking exit ramps, it seemed the truck would be all over the place. I switched to michelins and gained alot more control.
