Hi Wes, I work for Flying Circus and I just wanted to mention that I don't know the particulars of your situation but that all our work is guaranteed (12 months/12,000 miles, I believe). We never use used parts unless that's what the customer asks for or that's the only thing available. In those cases, it is clearly written on the invoice/receipt that the part is used and we clearly explain any pertinent exceptions related to the aging or wear on a used part. As is the case with all honest businesses, just let us know if you're having trouble with something we've done - we will always do our best to take care of you!
