Default Driving Light Switch

Hello,
Now that I have most of the major maintenance completed so I am moving on to the small stuff. My truck has the factory driving lights on the brush guard but I can't seem to find the switch for them. I have looked high and low but its not there. The owners manual doesn't mention it at all. It appears the wiring is factory so there should be a switch somewhere. Thanks for the help.

I think they turn on with a combination of lights, like when the fog lights and brights are on or something like that.

You were right Scott. You have to turn the headlight high beams on and the Fog lights on and then the driving lights come on.
