Stop Light Switch (code 2-6)-abs light
As i am working on my brakes i decided to investigate my ABS light using paper clip/light code reading.
I am getting only 2-6 (blink, blink......blink,blnk,blnk,blnk,blnk,blnk) which means brake light switch/stop light switch is faulty.
Does brake light switch affects ABS? My brake light come on, and i can shift out of park - does it not mean that brake light switch is functioning?
I am wondering if problem is somewhere else...do not want to shed out $20 to find out that brake light switch is not it.

The only way i can think of brake light switch causing problem is, if it is partially broken ... I am not good at electrical diagrams, but it seams that it has two "switches" inside that one switch. Diagram has no clear annotations, so i do know know which loop is used for what. Does any one knows why is there a 2 levels of brake travel [1] and [2] ....depressed and further depressed.... (when i hit brakes really fast and deep...on snowy road...abs would come on for a sec and then would stop functioning)
Or maybe problem is in ABS control module.

As far as wheel bearing - i did not feel anything play in it when i removed hub, while replacing rotors.
