Default failure at 45-50 miles

I will try to explain as best as possible the problem I have with my 2004 Range Rover HSE with 103,200 miles. Sometimes when I go to a speed of 45-50 miles (maybe even more) start to "sputter" (don't know if is the correct word, is like start to fail when a spark plug is bad) hard just for a couple seconds and continues run normally. Also do the same thing (but little) when I turn on and I still in parking. I already changed the spark plugs ( 2 of them had engine oil and I cleaned before removal and install spark plugs). I just ordered the fuel filter, to see if that is the problem, but I need help to find another possibilities. thanks

Sounds like a fuel issue. I think you are on the right track with the fuel filter. Mine had the same symptoms and it turned out to be a plugged filter. I always recommend doing the filter whenever a fuel issue is suspected. It is the cheapest and easiest thing to try and more often than not it fixes the problem. It is often neglected and it is possible that you are still on your original filter. For $10, just do it!
