Default Has anyone noticed.........

that only about 8% of all of the Photo Albums that are posted to this Forum are Classic Range Rovers? I know that the vast majority of members and posts are comprised of Disco II's and Disco I's......followed by RRs (all models) and then LR3's.......and then all other LR models bringing up the rear.

I think RR and RRC owners need to take some photos and REPRESENT!

Just my .02

Thanks.

The RR side of the forums does not normally see a lot of action. The Discovery side is quite the opposite. Lots of Disco owners, mean lots of Disco pics. The best forum for the RR IMO, is the rangerovers.net forums.

I'd Post more pix, but no one likes a show off ahha. Plus I put more time into You Tube videos, have you tried clubs/ forums from the west coast? I seem to find alot of RRC's on those sites.

I'd have to put the nose back on, maybe in the spring.

Given the absolutely LOW number of Classics sold, especially in the US, I'm not at all surprised by a low number of photo galleries. I don't want to come off sounding too NAS centric but Rover only sold about 35,000 Classics over the nine years they were offered here.

Last year Rover broke record sales numbers by 15% with worldwide sales of over 340,000 units. Granted, that's a worldwide figure but the NAS market with sales of just under 50,000 was almost a third more than the total number of Classics sold over a nine year period.
