Default Headlight wiper stuck

I have a 2003 RR and the driver-side headlamp wiper appears to be stuck in the vertical position.
The passenger wiper works fine.
It did not get stuck due to snow/ice or anything else I could see impeding it's movement.
Any tips on trouble-shooting the wiper?

Does that side work at all or just stop in that position when turned off.
You most likely have a loose connection that may not allow it to move.

On recent closer inspection the bad side is not working at all, stuck on the vertical plane.
The passenger side is working.

How do I check on the connections?
Remove the headlight unit and look below it?

First check and see if you can move the wiper arm, don't use alot of force, just see if it will move.
If it does, set it back where it should be and see if you can find the adjustment to tighten the wiper arm to the pivot.

try to switch the electrical connectors on your washer pumps, as described on your other post.
