Default Help Land Rover refusing to look at my car

Brocken down in the Alps in Range Rover. The insurance took my car to the nearest dealer where they refused to look at the car as it is too old. (P38) that's after sales service for you.
The snow chains have done some damage to the high sensitivity on the supention it needs a Land Rover garage to reed and reset the height on the car and Range Rover won't except even to look at the car.
Can any body help. ?
I can't see Range Rover being any help unless I want to buy a new car. Greedy bunch of ......,,,

Where exactly are you in the alps... Swiss, Austrian, Italian? I know of a few garages in CH. For now try disconnecting the battery and resetting the car that way.

They might not be looking at it because they may no longer have the diagnostics for it. T4 was replaced by SDD, which is now being replaced by Pathfinder, so the dealer probably isn't investing on such an old tool any more. Not sticking up for the dealer, but there is usually a good reason why they don't bring you in and take you for all your worth.
