Exclamation Lack of Fuel Pressure?

Just found out my RR-HSE is lacking fuel pressure and its not allowing my vehicle to get started. Just added a new Fuel Pump, Fuel Filter, and checked all FP fuses and relay. Does anyone know what it could be? I would really appreciate it.

Thanks a lot.

Probably didn't need all that stuff.
What year is it?
Chance are you may have had a crank sensor fial which will not allow the pump to fire up.
Any Codes?

Well, its not the pump, because it just recently got replaced this week, including the fuel filter. I managed to check all the fuses plus found the actual fuel pump relay, and still not working. Vehicle cranks up as though it wants to start, but after about 10-15secs, nothing happens. All its doing its draining out the battery, even though I recently had it checked at AAMCO and they said it still had about 2-2 1/2 years of life. From what the LR Dealer mentioned to me this afternoon is that there was little or no fuel pressure going through, but the FP is working. Other than that, if anyone has experienced the same problem my vehicle just went through, let me know and help a brother out.

Lastly, I did managed to use a OBD-II and only one code came up, P0463 "Fuel Level Sensor A Circuit High Input". Vehicle has over half of tank of gasoline in it. Other than that, no other codes came up.

Exclamation

I've added about 7 or 8 gallons already. Last time I checked it, it read at about a little bit less than 1/4 tank, but ever since I added the extra few gallons, its in between 1/2 & 3/4 of a tank.

Im just going to wait till Monday to see what the LR Dealership found on it, last thing I want to hear from them is that they also dont know what it is..

Where did you have the fuel pump and filter serviced? If the fuel filter lines are not hooked up correctly, the car wont start. fuel will just be returned to the tank.

Ive checked all the fuses, including the ones under the hood area, located inside the black box, the ones inside the glove compartment, plus the ones at the end of the vehicle on the right hand side by the rear latch door.

As for the FP and F-filert, I bought both of them from the actual LR Dealership and did the service myself. The vehicle actually stopped working and its was not till afterwords that I purchased the parts after having taking it to a local Foreign Auto Repair shop in Arizona, due to the vehicle breaking down on me over there.
