Left Front Window won't go up - 96 HSE

Default Left Front Window won't go up - 96 HSE
The motor runs, but it just clicks like the gear is slipping - is there a clip or something that I've read about on Disco's that goes out on the Range Rover? Or do I need a whole new regulator? I've not pulled the door panel of yet.

Any tricks on getting the door open and the unit apart?

Most likely a bad regulator. Remove 4 screws and pop door panel off. The reg is riveted in. Drill out the rivets. Need a HD rivet gun to re-install.
