Default Looking to get a little more ground clearance..

I have a 1999 p38 4.0L that I use for wheeling only. Coil spring conversion already done when I bought it. I have over sized tires(Goodyear Wranglers) that already rub the fender wells if I flex it out pretty good. I have pretty good ground clearance now, but a little more would be nice. I hate getting "high centered." What are my options and expenses?
