The dimensions are 80"X51.5"X4.5". As far as the cuts it was made as the work was in progress. I started with the bottom and made the base before I cut the other lengths, I used 3.5 sticks of tubing totalling about 70 feet. Once I made the base then that is when I started to look at how the floor was going to work. I wanted the sunroof opening which I just measured the sunroof and then made sure it was big enough. Te rest I just made it how I thought I would use it the most. Always measure from your bends and you should be just fine.

 

Cool. Did you use conduit or mild steel tubing? That conduit is so damn cheap, it's great for all kinds of projects.
