Default Metal on metal scraping while driving

I have a 2008 Range Rover Sport HSE 4.4l and theres something scraping the back of my front passenger brake rotor, I removed the wheel and saw the back of rotor was scraped along with the brake pad that goes on the back side. I checked all around and dont see anything stuck or sticking out that will cause this. It makes the noise while driving even with no brakes applied, sounds even worse when making a left turn and thats when I can really feel it (vibration). Also when I had the wheel and brake caliper off, I noticed I can wiggle the rotor a bit, is that normal? It has one torx screw that holds it in place to the hub. If it is normal, is the big nut for the axle shaft (i think thats the name of it)in the middle suppose to move with it too? Because mine does.
