My range rover started windshield wipers i couldnt shut off while i was driving. didnt touch them to begin with. Then the horn starts honking less then a mile later and doesnt stop until i park, shut it off & pop the hood & notice it was still running off the starter, i guess, until i disconnect the battery. now every time i connect it the horn, windshield wipers, and serpentine belt crank without the key in it. what do i do? I imagine its electrical but dont want to destroy the vehicle figuring out what to do next. help.

 

sounds like a short. Where is the big question

 

Could a faulty ground be the cause of this?
anyone hear of this before?
