Default Newbie with 2 Range Rovers...

Hello

I've just joined the world of Range Rover ownership after pondering it for a while now. I am the proud owner of 2 of the beasties and as usual things are never straight forward

Contender number 1 is an F reg vogue 3.5 auto. in burgundy. She's in great condition, having been ziebarted at some point and has had a lot of money thrown at her. SHe's also MOT'd til MAy next year. It is running a bit rich tho and has a slight fuel leak from the tank, this combines to ,make the fuel comsumption hilariously bad. Also it just has a velour interior. But I have a plan...

The plan involves contendor number 2. She's an H reg 3.9 manual Vogue SE in Ardennes Green. Although she's MOT'd til February next year the pistion rings are shot resulting in a cloud of blue smoke everywhere she goes. Although she's basically solid she's tatty and not a patch on the burgundy one. The plan therefore is to transfer all the nice bits into the burgundy one, including

Full interior(Tan Leather+electric seats)
Dash and clocks(later spec and much nicer to look at)Will the connectors match though? I'll soon find out...
Fuel tank(I believe it's plastic?)

That's all fine, now here's my main question. Can I transfer the entire fuel injection system from the 3.9 manual(hot wire) into the 3.5 auto(flapper)? I've done mods like this before so am not scared of tackling it, I would like to know if there's any reason not too. Is there anything else (i.e. inlet manifold, exhaust manifold?) that would be worth taking too???

All comments gratefully received. Anyone wanting to help out in the Glasgow area would be rewarded with free tea and a plunder of the 3.9 for bits...
