Hmm your batter voltage is a bit high when it's on... it could be a bad alternator. You might want to check the alternators voltage.
I'm assuming that all your problems appeared at once, so correct me if i'm wrong as there are other potential fixes in that case. At this point I would think the SRS light was probably triggered by an electrical problem (surge or lack of current). Unfortunately the only way to know is to reset it and see if it comes back.
