Default No power and p0171 / p0174 fault code

Hey I have 2004 Range Rover and just started having trouble.

I was sitting idle in a parking lot then all of a sudden the truck started shaking and then as I tried to drive around flooring it would barely go 5 mph.

I kept driving and it would go faster but low speed acceleration the rover was choking and would barely go.

Now right after I turn it on it will barely be able to go faster than 5 mph for the first 5-10 minutes then it will start going fast again.

Went to autozone and they read codes p0171 and p0174 for lean tanks and recommended replacing the MAF. After doing some research it seems that a fuel pump or dirty filter would be more along the lines of low power.

Any ideas?

Check your fuel pressure too. Should be 55 to 65 psi. On the fuel rail is a shrader valve for testing
