oil change for 04 RR

I just purchased a preowned RR yr 04, it has 57k miles put in. Any suggestions on what brand of engine oil i shud get? Im also thinking of replacing and changing the oil filter and coolant, im a newbie on this stuff and i need help

At that mileage, you need a complete 60K service, how mechanical are you?
