I bought a 2006 RR HSE and the previous owner change his own oil and did not reset at the dealer. It comes on every time I start and once in a while I got this message saying REDUCED PREFORMANCE. Is this related to the oil service message or something different. Anyone have experience this, please reply.

 

Try just resetting the trip computer, that usually does the trick (on most cars). If it doesn't, call the dealer and find out how to do it.
