Default Opinions of 2000 Range w a few problems

I own a 1997 Discovery. A guy in town wants to sell his 2000 Range Rover for cheap? $3400 It has a few dents. The hood was closed with tools under it, and small dent on rear door. The heater core leaks, but I read that it is usually the seal? Also has o2 codes front and rear? What are your thoughts on the 2000, and or these problems. Would it be worth the gamble to you? Any input appreciated.

That is not a bad price at all, I would take the plunge if all was mechanically sound. You might want to make sure it is just the seals on the heater core. If you have to replace the heater core, then the whole dashboard has to come out! Its a pretty painstaking process.
