Default P-38 AC question

Well when I arrived home yesterday I could my drivers side floor mat and shoe wet, so I assume I have a blocked condensate drain.
Is it this common on p-38? and is there a way to clear it from under the car? or should I just go from inside?

There are left and right side drains in the front. You can clean them from underneath. Run the AC for a while, you'll see a wet spot from the working drain, the clogged one is similar to that one.
