Help! I have a 2005 Range Rover HSE and I have two issues, first the pass anger side seat electronic controls stopped working? The driver side works fine any suggestions on what’s wrong. Second the sunroof will not completely seal when closing I have to play with it to get it to seal, I opens fine and will tilt fine but when you push the button to close it doesn’t seal so you hear a great deal of wind noise.. Of course my warranty just expired on the car and I really don’t want to take it to the dealer if it is something simple.

 

Had the same problem with my sunroof. Try resetting it first by turning the ignition to position II, pushing and holding the close switch for 20 seconds and keep the switch depressed till the sunroof completely opens and closes.

If you're still having no luck refer to the attachment for the manual procedure.

No idea on the seat though as I haven't had trouble with mine!

 

Just a thought, if you have kids, they seem to like to play with the seat and move it to its extreme positions. Mine did this and put strain on one of the connectors under the seat and it pulled out. Might want to check that.

 

Thanks for the help went 1 for 2 the sunroof reset worked with no problem, no such luck with the seat oh well to the dealer we go...
