Default Power headrests with out power

So I have converted the cream interior in my 98 RR to an all black setup from a late model donor RR. Problem is I now have power headrests in the front where I previously did not. SCREWED! Has anyone had any shortcut methods to lowering the headrests when the motors or gears give out? Ive got one headrest up and another down

If your new seats still have the wiring loom, chances are that the BeCM will recognise them if you plug them in. You may need a FaultMate or Nanocom to enable it, but I don't think this is necessary.

Alternative is to force the headrest down, as long as you don't mind breaking the gears in the motor.
