Default Problems after installing HID headlights

I just installed new HID headlights. They were plug and play so there were no relays.
Ever since installation the headlights works great but now my windows aren't automatic anymore and my car always says my windows and sunroof aren't set. Any ideas what could cause this?

Sometimes short-wave radio signals from the Voyager 1 spacecraft will interfere with the computer systems.

Did you disconnect the battery. if you did then you have set the windows and the sunroof by opening and closing them.

That was the problem, sunroof still won't set but all the windows did.
