Default Radio stuck in phone mode

Can anyone help with this problem? This is the second time this has happened. The first time was after I left the sunroof open in the rain and the dashboard got wet. After about 6weeks it suddenly corrected itself and worked perfectly.
However, recently I had a flat battery caused by sitting stationary with the radio on etc and had to start the car with a battery booster pack. It started no problem but the car again went into phone mode. I can connect the phone via Bluetooth and use it hands free but I have no radio and the dashboard display only shows the time. Sat nav works ok but there is no sound. Anyone got any clues?

Did you ever find a solution to this? I have the exact same problem. Tried bypassing my bluetooth module / amp with a MOST loop connector, hard reseting the electrical system, powering up the radio with every possible combination of things connected and disconnected (MOST, power etc for the radio, amp and bluetooth) but it will always come up in Phone mode if I reconnect everything.
